Advertising/Marketing

Film Haven takes a strategic and comprehensive approach to advertising for our clients. We work with them to identify their target audience, messaging goals, and budget. From there, our team of experts creates a customized advertising campaign that leverages the latest industry trends and techniques to reach and engage their intended audience. We also provide services to closely monitor the campaign's performance and make data-driven optimizations to ensure our clients receive the best possible return on investment.

How does it work?

1.

First, we get your brand pre-qualified by scheduling a preliminary meeting at no cost to you or your brand. Before this meeting, we will have examined your website, social media, and other marketing materials you may already have. We also consult with a social media and marketing expert who provides further strategic insights.

2.

During this meeting, we will ask you a series of questions like:

What is the brand's ethos, vision, and mission?

Who is your target and known audience?

Is this for a specific product, service, or event?

What is the ideal timeframe for this project?

What style are you going for? Hard sell, soft sell, slice of life, explainer/spokesperson etc

Would you need models/actors, will staff/employees be present or both.

Do you need a studio space, or will this be on location/various locations?

How will you disseminate the project? Broadcast TV, social media, Website, Streaming Platforms etc

Do you have an example of what you’re looking for?

Do you need a professional voice over/narration?

Do you need special Graphics/Motion GFX?

3.

Next, we design a proposal for you and/or your brand. Among many important aspects, the proposal will outline an estimated investment for your project, a rough sketch of the overall structure of your project and all the responsibilities that Film Haven will take on.

4.

Lastly, if you’re pleased with our proposal, a Film Haven Producer will be assigned to you/ your brand. They will handle scheduling meetings, production days, gathering a crew and everything that pushes your project in the right direction. At this point, we would ask for a pre-production fee for our producer to get started. All payments will be outlined in an agreement that both parties will agree to before taking the next pre-production steps.
