Music Videos

Film Haven provides a creative and collaborative approach to designing and producing music videos. We work closely with the artist to understand their vision and the themes they want to convey in their music. Our team of directors, producers, cinematographers, and editors then work together to develop a concept and storyboard that brings that vision to life. Throughout the process, we stay in close communication with the artist to ensure that the final product exceeds their expectations and resonates with their fans.

How does it work?

1.

Before this meeting, we would request to hear the music and have you prepared to answer the following questions:

2.

We ask you a series of questions like:

Do you already have a creative vision?

Do you have some ideas but there may be unknowns or ideas that need to be worked out?

Are you looking for a producer to take on most of the creative freedom based upon a general idea?

Are there specific dates you wish to record? Is there a specific date in which the video needs to be done?

Specific locations in mind?

Do you need help finding/scouting locations?

Do we need actors or models?

Do you want motion graphics, animation or special effects?

Will you need marketing content to promote the release?

What is your budget?

Are you willing to invest the minimum of $2400 per shoot?

3.

Next, we design a proposal for you and/or your band. Among many important aspects, the proposal will outline an estimated investment for your project, a rough sketch of the overall structure of your project and all the responsibilities that Film Haven will take on.

4.

Lastly, if you’re pleased with our proposal, a Film Haven Producer will be assigned to you and your band. They will handle: scheduling meetings, production days, gathering a crew and everything that pushes your project in the right direction. At this point, we would ask for a pre-production fee for our producer to get started. All payments will be outlined in an agreement that both parties will agree to before taking the next pre-production steps.
