Film Haven has a network of audio/visual professionals to meet the growing need for communications setup within the northeast. We provide clients with access to a wide variety of presentation tools to meet every occasion, from elaborate dinner parties and networking meetings to larger corporate events. 

How does it work?

1.

First, we schedule a preliminary meeting to go over when the event will take place, how many people will be in attendance and what equipment will be needed the day of. We will also provide recommendations on equipment brands and models depending on the size of the space, number of people in attendance and what your overall goals for the event are.

Next, we will outline a proposal with an estimated investment for your project, a rough sketch of the overall structure of what will be needed and all the responsibilities that Film Haven will take on leading up to and during the event.

3.

Finally, if you’re pleased with our proposal, a Film Haven Producer will be assigned to you/your organization. They will handle acquiring equipment, coordinating with your team and the event space, gathering a crew and everything else that pushes your project in the right direction. At this point, we would ask for a pre-production fee for our producer to get started. All payments will be outlined in an agreement that both parties will agree upon before taking the next pre-production steps.


We also provide video capture and live-streaming services which we can link directly to your internal or external social accounts.
