PSA/Promos

At Film Haven, we take a collaborative and consultative approach to producing PSA (Public Service Announcement) and Promotional videos. We work closely with our clients to understand their messaging goals and target audience. Our team of experienced producers, writers, and directors then work together to craft a compelling and effective PSA or promotional video that resonates with the intended audience. We also provide our clients with guidance on distribution and promotion to ensure their PSA reaches the widest possible audience.

How does it work?

1.

First, we get your brand pre-qualified by scheduling a preliminary meeting at no cost to your team. Before this meeting, we will have scouted your website, social media, and other marketing materials you may already have.

2.

We will ask you a series of questions like:

What is your organization’s ethos, vision, and mission?

Who does your organization serve in the community?

Who is your target and known audience?

Is this for a specific service, information or just spreading awareness of the organization?

What is the ideal timeframe for this project?

What style are you going for? Short form documentary, Commercial/Promo etc

Would you need models/actors or will staff/employees/patrons or members be present in the project or some or all of the above?

Do you need a studio space, or will this be on location/various locations?

How will you disseminate the project? Broadcast TV, social media, website, streaming platforms, live audience/conference?

Do you have an example of what you’re looking for?

Do you need a professional voice over/narration?

Do you need special Graphics/Motion GFX?

3.

Next, we design a proposal for you and/or your organization. Among many important aspects, the proposal will outline an estimated investment for your project, a rough sketch of the overall structure of your project and all the responsibilities that Film Haven will take on.

4.

Lastly, if you’re pleased with our proposal, a Film Haven Producer will be assigned to you/ your organization. They will handle scheduling meetings, production days, gathering a crew and everything that pushes your project in the right direction. At this point, we would ask for a pre-production fee for our producer to get started. All payments will be outlined in an agreement that both parties will agree to before taking the next pre-production steps.
