Real Estate

Film Haven has had a long history of helping various Real Estate agencies across Connecticut meet their communication goals. Our video content has helped realtors, brokers, developers, and consultants not only showcase their beautiful listings but also brand their image and disseminate curated content for their specific audience.

How does it work?

1.

First, we schedule a preliminary meeting at no cost to you. This meeting helps us understand your brand, vision, and concerns. Whether it's a simple listing shoot, house-tour, town guide, or in-depth video essay about the current housing market, we want to be fully prepared to accomplish all your communication goals. We also provide social media services designed to get the best traction for your video content.

2.

Some questions to keep in mind for that first meeting:

What is your budget?

How large is your listing? If it's not a listing video, do you have an idea where you want to shoot? Do you need a studio space, or will this be on location/various locations?

What is the aesthetic? What videos have you seen before that have caught your eye?

Who is your target and known audience?

What is the ideal timeframe for this project?

How will you disseminate this project?

Do you need a professional voice over/narration?

Do you need special Graphics/Motion GFX?

3.

Next, if this is a listing video, house tour, or something bigger, we will design a proposal that encapsulates your vision. Among many important aspects, the proposal will outline an estimated investment for your project, a rough sketch of the overall structure of your project and all the responsibilities that Film Haven will take on.

4.

Finally, if you’re pleased with our proposal, a Film Haven Producer will be assigned to you/your organization. They will handle scheduling meetings, production days, gathering a crew and everything that pushes your project in the right direction. At this point, we would ask for a pre-production fee for our producer to get started. All payments will be outlined in an agreement that both parties will agree to before taking the next pre-production steps.
